Full Home Treatment
For this treatment, we apply termiticide around the whole home as well as the interior of the garage.
On top of the exterior treatment, we also treat any active areas inside the home.
This service comes with a 2 year warranty that is renewable yearly for up to 5 years.
Local treatment
This treatment is available if there is only one section of activity.
For this service, we treat the active area only, and up to 10 feet in each direction as the structure allows.
This treatment comes with a 1 year warranty.
If there are multiple areas (activity more than 10 feet apart), a full treatment will be needed.
Preventative Bait Stations
For this treatment, we install bait stations in the ground around the perimeter of the home. These stations are filled with a bait that will help attract termites before they find your home.
If you already have termites, this option is still available. Upon the installation of these bait stations, we will treat any active areas as needed.
This option comes with a yearly renewable warranty.
